Good to see Johnston out on the bike today!

No cycling for me tonight as I'm still shaking off this cold. Here's my schedule for the rest of the week though:

Thur: 25m (10m)
Fri: Free
Sat: 50m (29m)
Sun: 25m (40m)

Desperate to try the iphone cyclemeter app to log my rides...will have to wait until tomorrow!
